About Me

Welcome to my blog! I’m Judy Ransom, an attorney, business strategist, and passionate advocate for empowering entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. With over two decades of experience in law, business strategy, and tax planning, I’ve dedicated my career to helping business owners navigate the complexities of growth, compliance, and scalability.

My journey began with a strong legal foundation—I earned my Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where I graduated magna cum laude. I spent 20 years as an Attorney and Hearing Officer at the Department of Taxation in Columbus, Ohio, where I honed my skills in legal research, legislative analysis, and administrative hearings. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscapes that businesses must navigate.

In my private practice, I specialize in estate planning, probate, labor and employment law, and business law, with a particular focus on tax strategy. I’ve had the privilege of representing a diverse range of clients, from small business owners to individuals seeking to protect their legacies. My goal is always the same: to provide clear, actionable advice that helps my clients make informed decisions.

But my passion doesn’t stop at law. I’m deeply committed to helping business owners grow and scale their ventures. I understand the challenges that come with running a business, which is why I’m here to share practical strategies, tips, and insights that have worked for me and my clients. From optimizing sales funnels and leveraging freelancers to the importance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and automation, I cover the essential elements that contribute to rapid and sustainable business growth.

On this blog, you’ll find a mix of educational content, personal experiences, and actionable advice—all designed to help you take your business to the next level. I’m here to provide value, whether you’re looking for ways to scale, improve productivity, or navigate the legal intricacies of running a business.

Years ago, God spoke to me and told me that I would be a woman of great faith who would inspire many. This promise has been a guiding light in my life, shaping not only my personal journey but also my professional path. In 2021, He called me to stop saying that I am going to be and to recognize that I *am* a woman of great faith. This realization has transformed how I approach my life and work, driving me to lead by example and to encourage others to step into their own power and purpose.

When I’m not working with clients or writing, you’ll find me enjoying time with my Fab5—my husband, two grown sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson. I’m also a firm believer in the power of faith and manifestation, and I love sharing insights on how to integrate these principles into your business and personal life.

Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you find the resources here both informative and inspiring. Let’s grow together!

Judy Ransom
